Please read before using EVOrbit

Using EVOrbit

EVOrbit is operated by D&T Automation and lets you find charging stations, start and manage EV charging sessions, reserve connectors in advance, and pay using an in-app wallet. By creating an account and using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

Sign-in is by mobile number and OTP. You are responsible for keeping access to your registered mobile number and device secure — all activity performed after a successful sign-in is treated as authorized by you.

Charging sessions

A charging session may only be started on a connector reported as available and compatible. Charging is billed at the station's published tariff and settled from your EVOrbit wallet. Station availability, connector status and charging speed depend on the charge point hardware and are outside EVOrbit's direct control.

Wallet and payments

All payments (top-ups, charging, reservation fees) are processed through our payment partner. Wallet balance can only be spent within EVOrbit; see the Refund Policy for how refunds, reversals and unused-balance withdrawals are handled.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to a charger or other users' accounts.
• Do not use the service to resell charging or reservations without authorization.
• Report faulty chargers, incorrect station information or suspected fraud through Contact Us.

Liability

EVOrbit connects you with third-party charging infrastructure and payment services. While we take reasonable steps to keep station information, pricing and session data accurate, we are not liable for losses arising from charger hardware faults, network outages, or delays outside our reasonable control.
