How EVOrbit handles your information

Information we collect

• Account details — mobile number and name.
• Charging & reservation data — sessions, energy delivered, cost, and reservation history.
• Wallet & payment data — wallet balance and transaction history; card/UPI details are handled directly by our payment partner and never stored by EVOrbit.
• Device data — basic diagnostics used to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

• To operate charging sessions, reservations and wallet payments.
• To secure your account, including OTP sign-in.
• To improve reliability and fix issues, using aggregated, non-identifying diagnostics.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to deliver the service: the charge point operator for the station you use, and our payment partner for wallet top-ups and payouts. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep charging, reservation and wallet records for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting, tax and dispute-resolution purposes after that.
